1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Cut Barber Studio website and online booking and scheduling features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers who use the Services to view information, request or schedule appointments, or manage bookings.

2. Services and Pricing

Easy Cut Barber Studio offers grooming and barbering services that can be scheduled through our Services.

Service descriptions, estimated durations, and prices displayed through the Services are provided for convenience and general reference. Actual service time may vary based on individual needs.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We may update prices and service offerings from time to time. Unless we agree otherwise, the price for your appointment is the price confirmed at the time you complete your booking, excluding corrections for obvious errors (for example, a technical pricing display error).

3. Booking and Appointments

Our Services allow you to request and schedule appointments.

You must provide accurate, current information when booking, including a valid phone number so we can contact you about your appointment if needed (for example, to confirm details, communicate changes, or handle scheduling issues). If you optionally provide an email address, we may also use it for appointment-related communications.

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule an appointment request if (a) the requested time is no longer available, (b) we cannot provide the requested service as scheduled, or (c) we reasonably believe the booking was made using inaccurate or misleading information or for abusive purposes.

Managing Your Appointment

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments through the "Manage Your Appointment" page by:

• logging into their verified account; or
• entering their phone number and booking confirmation code.

Appointments may be modified at any time prior to the scheduled start time. Once the scheduled appointment time has passed, the booking can no longer be modified and may be recorded as a no-show.

All cancellations and modifications are timestamped and recorded in the customer profile.

4. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the barber may need to shorten the service to avoid impacting other customers, or may require rescheduling.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment before the scheduled start time by contacting us directly.

A "no-show" occurs when you fail to arrive for your appointment without canceling in advance. Repeated no-shows disrupt operations and affect staff time.

If you have a pattern of no-shows, we may limit, restrict, or refuse future bookings.

6. Payment at the Studio

At this time, the Services do not process online payments. Payment for services is due at the time the service is provided at our studio, using payment methods we make available on-site.

7. Customer Accounts and Verification

If the Services offer account features (such as viewing upcoming appointments or booking history), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. If we use verification measures (including one-time verification codes) to protect access, you must not share those codes with anyone.

You agree not to create or use accounts under false identities or with misleading contact information.

8. Communications

We may contact you regarding your booking or appointment by phone call or email (if provided).

We do not guarantee that appointment-related communications will always be delivered or received without interruption, delay, or error due to factors outside our control (for example, carrier outages or email filtering).

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• make bookings using false or misleading information;
• repeatedly book and cancel for the purpose of blocking availability;
• use automated tools, bots, scraping, or scripts to access or interact with the Services;
• attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• harass, threaten, or act abusively toward staff or other customers; or
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may restrict or block access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Information displayed through the Services (including service descriptions and estimated durations) is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect every situation or individual preference.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit rights that cannot be disclaimed or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Easy Cut Barber Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services; and
• our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including service interruptions, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within the Services, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Easy Cut Barber Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
